Recent reports highlight that while Americans often focus on protein, most are actually lacking fiber. US grocery chain Whole Foods predicts fiber will become a major food trend in 2026, with more high-fiber products like breads, pastas, and prebiotic drinks appearing. Studies show fiber— found exclusively in plant-based foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes— supports gut health, lowers inflammation, and reduces the risk of heart disease and colon cancer. Animal-people products, on the other hand, contain zero fiber, which partly explains why meat and dairy are linked to increased risks of heart disease, cancer, and inflammatory bowel disease (VegNews)
US study shows vegan diets build muscle equally well as omnivorous diets given sufficient protein intake. Forty young adults were assigned to either vegan or omnivorous diets while completing three weightlifting sessions over nine days; results showed no significant difference in anabolic response between animal and plant protein diets. Even protein timing or distribution— whether spread evenly or consumed unevenly— did not alter muscle- building outcomes, challenging long-held beliefs about animal protein “superiority” (Muscle & Fitness)

Doctors warn that looking down while using your phone can cause stress, anxiety, and fatigue due to pressure on the neck/back and unfavorable stimulation of the central nervous system. Poor posture also restricts breathing, reducing oxygen intake and making it harder for the body to regulate stress hormones, which can lead to sleep problems, poor concentration, and exhaustion. Experts recommend holding your phone at eye level, keeping the shoulders relaxed, opening the chest, breathing deeply, and taking short breaks every 30 minutes to reduce stress and feel better (VnExpress)

Australian retired clinical hypnotherapist and writer Sonia St Claire (vegan) shares her life-changing near-death experience. Sonia grew up in Queensland [Australia], mostly in orphanages with her twin sister. Their childhood involved physical and emotional abuse, neglect, and extreme hardship. At age 14, while living in an orphanage, Sonia suffered acute appendicitis [inflamed appendix] for three days but received no medical help. The twins started walking to the hospital alone, and halfway there, Sonia’s appendix burst.
Instantly, all pain stopped. Sonia found herself in a pure, brilliant white Light— unlike any light on Earth. It wrapped her in overwhelming love, and she knew instantly this was God’s Love. In her 14 years, she had never once felt love, yet here it felt like home, as if she never left. God communicated telepathically. She knew His messages before He expressed them. Her awareness was complete— about herself, about God’s Love for all people, and how deep His Love is. Humans, she learned, cannot fully understand or show love like God does, but love always wins. She saw that if people were kind, grateful, and helped one another, there would be no wars, prisons, hospitals, or military—only peace. In the Light, there was no negativity of any kind. Only love, God, and the clear lesson to love, be kind, and help others.
Sonia felt special and perfect there. God appeared as pure Energy—a huge dome of Light—rather than a human form. She instantly knew it was Him because of the Love. It felt like a one-on-one conversation, though God can speak to many at once.
There was no sense of traveling to the Light. One moment she was bent in agony; the next she was simply there. When she woke in the hospital, she felt deep disappointment. Returning to Earth— especially to a life of abuse— was painful. She knew her life would continue to be difficult. At age seven, she had already begun speaking telepathically with God, a gift she later wrote about in her book, “The Power of God and His Divine Messages.”
Despite lifelong suffering, including an abusive marriage that she later escaped and the death of her twin sister, Sonia chose forgiveness. She believes forgiveness is not about keeping people close but releasing anger, hatred, and pain so life can move forward. She draws on God’s Love felt during her near-death experience to help her forgive others.
The love she encountered in the Light remains the most real and beautiful thing Sonia has ever known, and she feels sad that Earth lacks that kind of love. From her conversations with God, Sonia realized everyone is created for a purpose, no matter how small it may seem. “You are worth more. God did not create you for nothing. He does not make mistakes. You could say just one thing to someone that could literally save their life, and you will never know that. So you may not even know why you are here or understand why you’re here, but know that you have a purpose, you are important, and you are special.” (NDE Diary)
Elevating quote of the day: “You cannot hold on to anything good. You must be continually giving - and getting. You cannot hold on to your seeds. You must sow them – and reap anew. You cannot hold on to riches. You must use them and get other riches in return.” — Robert Collier American Author
