Research shows eating a vegan diet can delay the effects of aging in one’s 40s and 60s. A Stanford University [US] study found aging is not as gradual as once thought but occurs in significant bursts around ages 44 and 60. Older adults who eat a whole-food vegan diet rich in cruciferous vegetables (cabbage, broccoli, etc.), whole grains, nuts and seeds maintain better kidney function, stronger muscles, and lower inflammation during these critical aging years compared to those who eat animal-people meat and dairy, indicating a vegan diet is key to lifelong health (VegNews)

On average, the children spent 5.5 hours daily on screen-based activities, mostly on social media. Experts warn excessive screen time may overload brain regions responsible for processing and control, reducing focus and language ability (Báo Tin Tức)

American pastor Reverend Dean Braxton shares how he died and saw Heaven. During a surgery that went wrong, he clinically died for an hour and 45 minutes— no heartbeat, no breath, no blood flow. Doctors said his brain should have been irreparably damaged, but when he revived, he was fully intact. Hospital team members called him “the miracle man.” His wife Marilyn, praying in the other room, had declared from the start, “It doesn’t have to be that way. God has another plan.”
Reverend Braxton remembers leaving his body instantly. He didn’t look back or wait for an escort— he simply knew the way, guided by the Holy Spirit, “the ultimate GPS.” He moved faster than light itself. On the way, streaks of information zipped past him—prayers racing upward from people interceding for him and others. He realized that God hears prayers immediately, but answers later when the time is right.
Arriving in Heaven, Reverend Braxton was welcomed by four groups: first, his family, including ancestors whose names he didn’t know; second, everyone he had led to Christ; third, old friends who knew Christ, even a playmate from age two who died young; and fourth, every pet-person he ever had. Reverend Braxton learned animal-people have souls and spirits, per Ecclesiastes 3 [Holy Bible]— King Solomon, the wisest man, wrote you don’t know where human or animal-people’s spirits go, implying both exist. Pet-people are not soulless; they’ll greet you too.
Then Reverend Braxton saw Lord Jesus (vegetarian) Overwhelmed, he dropped to his knees, crying, “You did this for me.” He knew Heaven was only possible through Jesus’s sacrifice. Reverend Braxton thanked Him repeatedly. In that instant, God showed him countless times Lord Jesus had intervened in his life— moments he had never noticed before. It’s true for everyone: Lord Jesus works far more than we know.
Describing Lord Jesus, Reverend Braxton says He is beauty beyond words, shifting from glory to glory, better each glance. What struck deepest: Lord Jesus’s Love, personal and exclusive, like Reverend Braxton was the only one. No blanket love— it’s tailored, custom-made for each soul. No one in Heaven questions, “Is this Jesus?” The Love confirms it instantly. Kneeling at Lord Jesus’s feet first, Braxton felt that Love pour out— feet that loved him. Braxton, once a shoe salesman, noted no earthly feet ever loved him like that.
Braxton also witnessed Lord Jesus at work. Standing in a half-circle of angels and redeemed humans sharing thoughts without words, Lord Jesus would get updates, then glance down, where the ground lifted like a living map—cities, streets and countryside in perfect detail. He directed angels to specific places, sending them into spiritual battles so people on Earth could fulfill their callings. It’s like in Acts 9, where Lord Jesus blinds Saul on the road, then directs Ananias to lay hands on and initiate him, transforming him into the Venerated Enlightened Saint Paul (vegetarian) Heaven runs on plans like that—targeted for every person on the planet.
While in Heaven, Reverend Braxton learned that the Holy Spirit is inseparable from believers—“He’s in you, and you’re in Him.” Loved ones in Heaven, he says, remain aware of Earth when God allows, just as the Prophets Elijah and Moses (both vegetarians) appeared with Lord Jesus at the Transfiguration.
Everyone in Heaven serves others; the greeting there is, “How can I serve you?” It’s the top rank, like Lord Jesus taught in Mark 10:44: “Whosoever would be first among you, shall be servant of all.” Reverend Braxton saw there are no needs in Heaven, yet still everyone swaps their unique, God-given gifts freely. Reverend Braxton says we should act the same way here on Earth. All things come from God, and when we share what we are given with others, we should think of it as God giving it, not us.
He saw that God pursues souls relentlessly, giving every person a chance to respond before death. Reverend Braxton met relatives he had thought were lost and heard stories of others saved in their final moments.
Since returning, Reverend Braxton has been completely healthy. His doctor confirmed publicly that his survival defied medical explanation. Reverend Braxton now sometimes sees angels and radiant light during interviews or gatherings— signs, he believes, of Heaven’s ongoing work. In one vision, he saw humanity rushing like a river toward a waterfall—symbolizing death or the end times— and understood his task: to help God pull as many people as possible to safety before they go over.
Reverend Braxton emphasizes one truth: God created people for eternal companionship with Him. Every prayer, he says, rises instantly to Heaven. God is healing families, uplifting nations, and preparing for the day when, as Scripture promises, “Every knee will bow to Jesus.” Reverend Braxton’s final message is simple: Better to live a holy life and go straight to Heaven, than risk going to hell only to bow eventually anyway (Sid Roth’s It’s Supernatural!)
