American energy healer Steven Noack shares how he died in a car crash and was taught about God’s creation and the quantum world.
At age four, Steven was riding a plastic tricycle in a neighbor’s driveway when he sped into the street and collided with a car. The impact pinned him under the back tire, and everything went black.
He saw himself from outside his body, eyes rolled back, before blacking out again. Then he found himself leaning against someone with long silvery hair and a glowing face of pure light. They communicated without words. Pulled into the Being’s face, he saw another world of peace without hate, pain, or anger—what he later knew as Heaven. The Being told him it was not his time, saying, “Put your head down, everything’s going to be all right.” He awoke in the hospital days later.
Nearly thirty years later, around age 33, Steven crashed his car at high speed. Knocked unconscious, he awoke being wheeled into surgery. An overwhelming calm descended, and he heard the same voice: “Steven, put your head down, everything’s going to be all right.” At that moment, memories from his childhood near-death experience unlocked.
The Being showed him the “blueprint of creation” within the quantum field— a living record of every soul’s original design as love. This blueprint could be accessed for healing physical and emotional trauma, like retrieving files on a computer. Steven was placed inside a wagon-wheel-like structure, with pure love at the center. From his heart extended energy outward and back, cycling experiences. Around him, a screen displayed memories and soul fragments from his life. The Being explained that these fragments could be recalled to restore wholeness, what Steven later called Ascension and soul retrieval.
The Being taught Steven how the nervous system and subconscious stored trauma programs, and how our energy can instantly entangle across any distance to affect others. Soon after, Steven discovered he could heal. When an elderly woman fell outside his store, he placed a hand on her back, and she instantly felt warmth and her pain vanished.
After this, Steven was guided by an intense inner energy. He sought answers in churches but realized God was within. He began seeing silhouettes—some light, some dark—that spoke inside his mind. Frightened at first, he realized they were projections of himself broadcast into the unified field, a realm where all beings are connected, beyond separation. Steven realized we are not these bodies, but the energy controlling these bodies, which exist so we can experience dense matter and learn through various emotions and experiences.
Some voices inside were harsh, reflecting Steven’s own self-criticism. He learned he had to change his energy, reconnect with his inner child, and release these aspects. As he did, people increasingly came to him for healing.
Steven later understood the radiant Being was an Elohim or angel, who revealed that every living being is sacred— part of God—and that how we treat others is how we treat ourselves. In his near-death experience, Steven felt complete oneness with everything, and knew that all religions were expressions of the same truth: there is no separation; we are all one (Beyond the Veil)
Insightful quote of the day: “As fragrance abides in the flower As reflection is within the mirror, So does your Lord abide within you, Why search for Him without?” — The Venerated Enlightened Guru Nanak Dev Ji (vegetarian)
