A vegan diet gives you and your family many benefits. Today I’d like to share how eating plants may help prevent falls. Falls are a serious health risk for older adults, especially in lower-income areas where medical support may be limited. While factors like poor balance and vision problems are well-known risks, studies suggest that not eating enough fruits and vegetables can also raise the chance of falling. A poor diet may affect strength, sleep, mood, memory, and eyesight, making falls more likely. Studies show that eating a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables every day supports physical and mental health, helping reduce the risk of falls and related injuries.

“Oh, hey there! Do those letters stand for ‘Unidentified Flying Object’?”

“No. Actually, it stands for ‘Unleaded Fuel Only’.”

!?

And now we have a heartline from a disciple in Mongolia
